It turns out that Graham, for whom an account was created, see ticket:1#comment:25 was not responsible for the MediaWiki site, so he needs removing from the MediaWiki ticket, see ticket:5#comment:6 and an account for Adam needs to be created and he needs to be added to that ticket.
