Things that don't need commercial certificates use ​CAcert ones to save money:

• ​https://phpmyadmin.crin.org/

To avoid security warning you need to install the ​CAcert root certificates, to do this in Firefox simply follow these links and enable the root certs for web sites:

• ​http://www.cacert.org/certs/class3.crt
